WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases if you change your mind,

even your custom painted ones. Conditions of return are:

1. Bike is in condition it was delivered to you.

For ebikes, no more than 1 charge to be on battery.

2. Bike is returned in delivery packaging.

3. Delivery and Return postage costs are not included in refund.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN STANDARD PAINT AND PAINT UPGRADE ?

You can view these paint options at the COLOUR DESIGN STUDIO page

Standard paint is a solid color, while the upgrade provides a mottled effect.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY NEW BIKE ?

Because most of our bikes are custom built in Italy for you, delivery times, from you choosing your customized paint job is up to 10 weeks.

But it will be worth it.

For those bikes we may have in stock, delivery time is 1 week.

HOW DOES MY NEW BIKE ARRIVE ?

Your new bike will arrive in a specially designed transport box. This is worth keeping if you need to transport it in the future.

The bikes come fully assembled, apart from the cranks, and the steering column, which you will need to put on.

This involves an alan-key and just 3 supplied bolts to install. Most of the bikes come without pedals.

We deliver to all of Australia and New Zealand.

We have fixed our delivery costs of $199 to Australia and $299 to New Zealand.
