It’s vital that your order reaches you quickly and safely. When you order, our reliable logistics partners ensure that your order is transported to you with utmost care. And to ensure that your bike arrives in top condition, we have developed our own custom Bike Guard box to keep everything well protected. On this page, you will find extensive information on shipping and delivery.


From time of order and confirmation of your colours and options, Fulgur and Focarini will meticulously put your new bike together. This will take about 4 weeks, at which time it will be delicately packed in our special shipping box, for shipment via our warehouse in Rosbud, Victoria to your door. Total time from your confirming your colours will be about 10 weeks. It will be well worth the wait.


Bikes can be picked-up from the warehouse in Rosebud, Victoria, which there is no shipping cost for. Please choose this option in checkout.

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases, even your custom painted ones. Conditions of return are  as follows:


Change of Mind 

Bike is in condition it was delivered to you.

For ebikes, no more than 1 charge to be on battery. 

Bike is returned in delivery packaging.

Delivery and Return postage costs are not included in refund.

Damaged Good / Goods Defective

If your bike was already damaged when you received it, please report the damage, providing images, using the Warranty and Guarantee form.  We will cover all the postage charges for this return and refund. 

Please Note

E-bike return: It is particularly important to register the return of your e-bike. We can then arrange for the collection of your bike with our service partner. The shipment must be registered as dangerous goods. We take care of this. 

It is important to  pack your bike in the Bike Guard box your bike was delivered in. Each box is specially designed for your bike to store it as safely as possible.

The Information You Need to Know

Fulgar and Focarini, thru its agent BikeItalia guarantees there products and related components are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of unavailability of the original product, Fulgar and Focarini, thru its agent BikeItalia reserves the right to replace it with a similar one of equivalent value. This warranty only applies to the first purchaser and cannot be extended to third parties

Fulgar and Focarini, thru its agent BikeItalia guarantees the frames for life, exclusively for the entire duration of use of the first owner.
The warranty on the frame does not cover defects relating to the painting of the product, which is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.


The warranty does not apply when:

The product is modified

The identification codes have been erased, abraded or removed on the product

The defects are due to wear or normal consumption of the product

The defects are due to non-compliance in the assembly or assembly of the components of each product also carried out by authorized resellers

For damage caused by improper use of the product, incorrect assembly, insufficient maintenance or more generally by anything that does not constitute a manufacturing or assembly defect

For damage due to the customer’s negligence in transporting the product



To file a complaint it is necessary to return the product to the retailer in the country where it was purchased. For the guarantee to be validly effective, the complaint must be submitted within the peremptory term of 8 (eight) days from the identification of the defect.

Fulgar and Focarini, thru its agent BikeItalia reserve the right to ascertain whether the defect is covered by warranty or not;

Fulgar and Focarini, thru its agent BikeItalia reserve the right to interrupt the production of previously sold products and to modify them without notice and shall not be obliged to incorporate new features in previously sold products even in the event of return for a warranty claim;

Following a complaint, the product must be returned  together with the following information:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the complainant;

Tax document proving the place and date of purchase;

Precise description of the defect;

Photographic evidence

BikeItalia will make every effort to supply the bikes as specified. However, due to supply issues, it may be necessary to substitute an item for another of equivalent of better quality. BikeItalia will make all efforts to advise clients of this prior, and offer a refund if required.
